Since the interface does not show up in the output of prtconf, you will set the instance based on ifconfig output.
Instance refers to the interface #.
iprb0 --> instance 0
iprb1 --> instance 1
iprb2 --> instance 2
Using /kernel/drv/iprb.conf file as below for forcing iprb0 interface to 100 Full duplex:
# vi /kernel/drv/iprb.conf
# Driver.conf file for the [NIC card here]

Following lines in /kernel/drv/iprb.conf file will force
iprb0 -----> 100 fdx
iprb1 -----> 10 hdx
iprb2 -----> 100 fdx
