Dear Visa Officer,
This letter is to confirm that we, M and N, would like to invite Ns mother X to visit us in City, State. The intended duration of her visit will be three to six months if possible. She plans to leave for City in late Month (please see details in the Travel Plan document).
We came to the United States in YEAR right after M got his employment offer from COMPANY. There was no time for us to visit Ns mother before we left our home country, nor were we able to make a trip back to China during the Spring Festival because Ms project schedule is tight.
We are missing our parents. Since Ns mother X has retired from her job in the COMPANY, we would like to invite her to the U.S. and enjoy family time together for a few months. As shown in our travel plan, we are going to have fun and do some shopping in and around CITY.
We might travel to other cities as well, but we havent decided yet.
We will provide financial support for Xs visit during her stay in the United States, including air tickets, health/medical insurance, and essential daily expenses, etc.
Attached are the supporting documents that you might want to see for the process:
1. Invitation letter to X (written in Chinese. Translation in English attached.)
2. Employment Verification letter of M from his employer COMPANY
3. Bank Statement of Xs account
4. Copies of M and Ns passports, ID cards released by Chinese government, VISA stamps, SSN cards, I-2019 forms, I-94 forms, and marriage certificate
5. Xs Retirement Certificate issued by the government, bank statement of her pension account, passport, ID card, residential certificate (Hukou), etc.
6. Photos of the family
