　　跟to连接的用法:

　　be used to V.=be used for V-ing　是被用来...

　　be used for N.　是为了...而被使用的

　　be wont to V.=be/get used/accustomed to N./V-ing　习惯于

　　例: He is used to living in the country. 他已习惯于住在乡下.

　　【注】

　　① 若要强调从不习惯到习惯的过程，可用 get, become 等代替动词 be。

　　如：He has got used to looking after himself. 他已习惯于自己照顾自己。

　　② be used to 有时可能是动词 use 的被动语态结构 (此时意为“被用来”，其中的 to 为不定式符号，其后要接动词原形)。

　　如：A hammer is used to drive in nails. 锤子是用来钉钉子的。

　　used to 表示过去经常...(以前的习惯, 但现在没有了)

　　例: He used to live in Paris. 他过去一直住在巴黎. (现在没有住在巴黎)

　　1、use意为“用；使用；运用”，单三形式为uses，例如：She uses knife to cut apples.她用刀子切水果；过去式为used，如：Tom used my pen last night昨晚汤姆用了我的钢笔；现在分词为using，如：Look, your mother is using new spoon. 看，你妈妈在用新勺子。后跟动词不定式，结构为： use sth. to do sth. 使用某物做某事。例如： You can use my new dictionary to look up the words. 你可以用我的字典查单词。

　　2、区分used to do, be used to do与be used to doing。

　　(1)used to do 意为“曾经”。eg: I used to be a teacher, now I am a doctor. 曾经我是老师，现在我是医生。

　　(2) be used to do意为“被用来做某事”。

　　eg: Pencils are used to write English. 铅笔是用来写字的。

　　(3) be used to doing. 习惯于做某事；适宜于做某事

　　eg: I used to live a small village, but now I am used to living in big citylife. 我曾经居住在农村，但现在我习惯大城市的生活。
