小学英语竞选班长演讲稿3分钟（一）
Dear students:
Hello, everyone, my name is Xia Nan, is a versatile little girl, piano, chess, books, paintings, everything will be. I want to run for the monitor. A "Stuart Little" told me, only the courage to pursue love, to get Singford I was elected monitor after class toward a higher level！ If I am elected monitor, I will put forward three requirements to the students:
1: I hope the students mind and body development, striving for "four good young".
2: I hope the students can try their best to the highest.
3: remember, friendship first！ I believe in my leadership, students will become the wings of the eagle！ Thank you！
亲爱的同学们：
大家好！我叫夏楠，是位多才多艺的小女孩，琴、棋、书、画样样都会。我想竞选班长。因为，我觉得我曾胜任过四(12)班的班长，有些经验，并且，我觉得作为班长，必须要有诸葛亮的才智，张飞的勇猛，和刘备的深思熟虑，还有，就是责任心！这些我都能做到！我包揽群书，一本李开复的《世界因你不同》让我明白了，只有步入“丛林”，才有解决问题的方法。一套《明朝那些事儿》，让我明白了，只有努力，“朱元璋”才是朱元璋。一本《精灵鼠小弟》告诉我，只有敢于追求心中的爱，才能得到幸福······我当选了班长之后，班级一定能迈向更高的阶梯！如果我当选了班长，我会向同学们提出三点要求：
1：希望同学们德、智、体、美全面发展，争做“四好少年”。
2：希望同学们能尽量将自己的优点升到最高。
3：时刻记住，友谊第一！我坚信，在我的带领下，同学们一定会成为展翅高飞的雄鹰！谢谢大家！

新的一学期已经开始，我们进入了三年级的学习阶段，随之新学期的.班长竞选也开始了。
我在上学期的班干部工作中取得了一定的成绩，得到了老师和同学们的信任与支持。但是，人并不是十全十美的，在平时的上课当中，我有点不敢大胆举手发言，总是胆小如鼠，很害怕会出错，怕同学笑话。现在，我决定在新的学期里改掉这些毛病。争做一名合格的、优秀的班干部。
做一个合格的、优秀的班干部，我想首先要思想好、学习好、身体好。在新的学期我如果能当上班干部，我一定会用《小学生守则》严格要求自己行为规范，以身作则，认真学习，上好每一堂课，争做好事，认真负责做好本职工作，积极做好老师的小帮手、班委的小助手，如创造一个整洁优美的学习环境做出自己的贡献，让我们的班级在新的一学期中更上一层楼。
