废旧电视机外壳的热解动力学研究
摘要: 采用热重分析仪对含有八溴联苯醚的电视机外壳(红外分析鉴定为高抗冲聚苯乙烯,high impact styrene, HIPS)进行了真空条件下的热失重实验,研究了不同升温速率下废旧阻燃高抗冲聚苯乙烯的降解特性、热解动力学,结果表明样品的热化学特征参数随升温速率的提高而明显增大.根据Arrhenius定律和Friedman方法分析研究了对象的热解动力学,所得相关系数均在0.98以上.该研究的结果为废旧高抗冲聚苯乙烯塑料和其他废旧电子电气塑料的资源化、无害化利用提供了可靠的理论参考. Abstract: The pyrolysis of flame retarded TV housings (high impact polystyrene, HIPS) containing octabromodiphenyl ether (O8BDE) was performed under vacuum condition to understand the decomposition behavior. The decomposition temperatures of O8BDE and cracking temperatures of plastics under different heating rates (5 K/min,10 K/min,20 K/min and 40 K/min) were obtained. Analyzing the kinetic parameters with Arrhenius law and Friedman method, the correlating coefficients are all above 0.98.
