开始上课，英语老师用宏亮的声音一个英语单词一个英语单词地教我们读。过了一会儿，老师停下来。我们都怀着好奇的心情想知道老师为什么要停下来。过了一会儿，英语老师手拿着小木板子在课桌上打了几下，然后大声把没认真的同学的名字记下来又扣了他们的分。后来，不停的有人不认真，老师也把他们的名字一一记了下来。名字记了很多。
我当时在想，老师的脾气应该已经到了极限。这时，老师大声的凶道：“你们有完没完了，老师在上面站着讲课，你们是坐着的。既然你们这么能说那到讲台上来说，我坐下面来。你们要知道你们每天都有这么多不认真的'人，在四年级里是最后一名，我都觉得丢脸，你们还这种态度。给你们两分钟好好想一下，还要不要继续学下去了。”
