Communication is common and important in our daily life. All of us live with others in the society and no one can live cut offfromit. Everyday, we must talk to others to give and get information, but how can we communicate with others? Some people claim that they don’t know what to say and how to speak to others, strangers especially.
I think first you should find a topic that both of you are interested in. Then, pay attention to your manners, speed, pitch, expressions and your body language. You should make others feel comfortable, so that they are willing to talk to you. Last but not the least, being a good listener. Listening to others shows your respect to them. Only when they heard, they want to talk. So do you. Before you talk, listening to others first.
沟通在我们的日常生活中很普遍也很重要。所有的人都要和社会里的其他人共同生活，没有人能够离开沟通而生活。我们每天都要通过和别人交谈来给予和获取信息，但是我们怎样才能与别人进行沟通呢?有的`人声称不知道说什么和怎样和别人说话，尤其是对陌生人。
我认为首先应该找一个你们都感兴趣的话题。然后，注意你说话的方式，语速，音调，表情和肢体语言。你应该要让别人感觉舒服，这样他们才会愿意和你交谈。最后同样重要的一点是你要做一个好的倾听者。倾听他人能够显示出你对他们的尊敬。只有当他们被倾听的时候，他们才想要交谈。你也一样。在你交谈之前，先倾听他人。

Some people are easy to talk to others, but some others not.
有的人容易与人交谈，但是有的人则不是这样。
When you want to talk to someone, firstly you should find some topics to talk about, but the topics should not be included the privacy, such as age, marriage or wage.
当你想要和别人交谈的'时候，首先，你应该找一些可以谈论的话题，但是话题不应该包括年龄、婚姻、薪酬等隐私。
Secondly, pay attention to your attitude that do not make others feel uncomfortable. Comfort is the basic of communication.
其次，要注意你的态度，不要让别人感觉不舒服。舒服是沟通的基本要求。
Thirdly, pay attention to your body language. Body language can transmit much information, such as your attitude, manners or something you do not realize.
再次，要注意你的肢体语言。肢体语言能够传递很多信息，比如你的态度、礼貌或者你没意识到的一些东西。
Finally, focus on your pacing. Don't talk too fast or too slow.
最后，注意你的语速。不要说得太快或者太慢。
