在过去的十二年当中，一直有人问我为什么要把学习型中国这个活动在每年元旦的时候一直坚持下去？其实我也在问我自己，学习的本质到底是什么？我觉得学习更有力量，组织学习会变成组织力量，集体学习会转变成集体力量等等。世界人民看到中华民族都认为中华民族是一个善良、勤劳的民族。但是，我想说多年以后世界会另外看到中国，世界上会把中华民族形容成一个好学的民族，智慧而且幸福的民族，各位同意吗？
有人问我来参加学习型中国可以学到什么？我认为在我们未来3天当中，我们50多位演讲嘉宾，可以从他们身上学会他们丰硕思想、伟大精神、专业方法，以及学习他们生命当中一些动人故事。其实，我们知道真理也不少，知道的方法也很多，知道走过的路也很清晰，但是确实很难做到。这里面真正差距就是一点？我想说未来3天各位将在这个活动当中产生思想顿悟，生命顿悟。如果每一位演讲嘉宾当中，我们能够进入他的状态，我们就能感知到他整个资讯，从而吸收到他学习到的东西，而产生一个连接，激发出自己的智慧，变成我们生命当中创新，以及让我们世界变的更强大的力量。

reach his goal no matter how many times he fails. in my opinion, the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have. therefore, i believe that we should never give up.
one reason is that if we give up too easily, we will rarely achieve anything. it is not unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not feel discouraged and should try again. besides, if we always give up when we fail, we will not be able to develop new skills and grow as people. another reason we should never give up is that we can learn from our mistakes only if we make a new effort. if we do not try again, the lesson we have learned is wasted. finally, we should never give up because as we work to reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed in other areas of our lives.
probably the greatest example of persistence is abraham lincoln. born into poverty, lincoln was faced with defeat throughout his life. he lost eight elections, twice failed in business and suffered a nervous breakdown.
he could have quit many times - but he didn't and because he didn't quit, he became one of the greatest presidents in the history of our country. lincoln was a champion and he never gave up.

大家好！
晚上跟妈妈聊天，说到我弟自从上了高中，变得懂事好多。
我隔着屏幕不禁失笑，是啊，离开家，怎么能不长大。
记得我还很小的时候，妈妈就开始去上班工作，虽然离家不是很远，还能够每天见面，可是疲惫的工作，加之回家洗衣服做饭等繁琐的家务，慢慢的，我们的交流越来越少。
甚至很长一段时间里，我都没有主动的.跟妈妈去聊一些在学校里发生的事情，也不会像其他女孩儿那样会跟妈妈说很多体己的话，我甚至总觉得自己是一个人在成长，对于越发阴郁封闭的性格，母亲一定是有所亏欠的。
那时候还并不能够理解一个女人辛苦分担养家的心酸，处在父母竭力创造的舒适环境和安逸生活里，只过于在意自身感受，却从来没有去体谅过她们，内心里对于她对我极少的关心和体贴是耿耿于怀的，所以青春期开始，我变得极其叛逆，性格顽固又很倔强，从不会轻易地妥协。
那段时间，好像没有一顿饭是和谐的度过的，总是一言不合就开吵，而我更是丝毫不会让步，甚至还会觉得自己委屈极了，全世界都不理解我，爸妈还要这样对我。
也是有想过离家出走的，甚至会有一些极端的想法，可是后来不都是和平解决。其实，我再怎么反叛也不会变得太坏，本意不过是想的得到父母更多的关心和在乎，所以才这般放纵任性，以至于伤害了最疼爱自己的人尚不自知。
是从什么时候开始理解父母的不易，开始学着体谅他们的感受，也许是在外读大学以后，逢年过节一个人身处异乡的孤寂感就会油然而生，这种时候再多的问候也比不上家里一杯温热的茶。也许是高中的时候，每次离家返校，母亲都会装了满满的零食以及生活日常；每次熬夜复习到很晚，抬头看着窗外万家灯火，就会分外的想家，也开始懂得他们所有细微的体贴与不加修饰的关心。
有时候，会觉得自己已经很努力，却不解总是得不到生活的青睐，可是回头看看父母，他们面对生活的艰辛，却只能一味往前，因为他们需要担负起儿女对于生活的期望，还有更远的梦想。

椰风暖人，海阔天高。在这美好的季节里，同大家相聚在美丽的海南岛，参加博鳌亚洲论坛xxxx年年会，我感到十分高兴。首先，我谨代表中国政府和人民，并以我个人的名义，向各位朋友的到来，表示诚挚的欢迎!对年会的召开，表示热烈的祝贺!
12年来，博鳌亚洲论坛日益成为具有全球影响的重要论坛。在中国文化中，每12年是一个生肖循环，照此说来，博鳌亚洲论坛正处在一个新的起点上，希望能更上一层楼。本届年会以“革新、责任、合作：亚洲寻求共同发展”为主题，很有现实意义。相信大家能够充分发表远见卓识，共商亚洲和世界发展大计，为促进本地区乃至全球和平、稳定、繁荣贡献智慧和力量
当前，国际形势继续发生深刻复杂变化。世界各国相互联系日益紧密、相互依存日益加深，遍布全球的众多发展中国家、几十亿人口正在努力走向现代化，和平、发展、合作、共赢的时代潮流更加强劲。同时，天下仍很不太平，发展问题依然突出，世界经济进入深度调整期，整体复苏艰难曲折，国际金融领域仍然存在较多风险，各种形式的保护主义上升，各国调整经济结构面临不少困难，全球治理机制有待进一步完善。实现各国共同发展，依然任重而道远。
亚洲是当今世界最具发展活力和潜力的地区之一，亚洲发展同其他各大洲发展息息相关。亚洲国家积极探索适合本国情况的发展道路，在实现自身发展的同时有力促进了世界发展。亚洲与世界其他地区共克时艰，合作应对国际金融危机，成为拉动世界经济复苏和增长的重要引擎，近年来对世界经济增长的贡献率已超过50%，给世界带来了信心。亚洲同世界其他地区的区域次区域合作展现出勃勃生机和美好前景。
当然，我们也清醒地看到，亚洲要谋求更大发展、更好推动本地区和世界其他地区共同发展，依然面临不少困难和挑战，还需要爬一道道的坡、过一道道的坎。
亚洲发展需要乘势而上、转型升级。对亚洲来说，发展仍然是头等大事，发展仍然是解决面临的突出矛盾和问题的关键，迫切需要转变经济发展方式、调整经济结构，提高经济发展质量和效益，在此基础上不断提高人民生活水平。
亚洲稳定需要共同呵护、解除难题。亚洲稳定面临着新的挑战，热点问题此起彼伏，传统安全威胁和非传统安全威胁都有所表现，实现本地区长治久安需要地区国家增强互信、携手努力。
亚洲合作需要百尺竿头、更进一步。加强亚洲地区合作的机制和倡议很多，各方面想法和主张丰富多样，协调各方面利益诉求、形成能够保障互利共赢的机制需要更好增进理解、凝聚共识、充实内容、深化合作。
女士们、先生们、朋友们!
人类只有一个地球，各国共处一个世界。共同发展是持续发展的重要基础，符合各国人民长远利益和根本利益。我们生活在同一个地球村，应该牢固树立命运共同体意识，顺应时代潮流，把握正确方向，坚持同舟共济，推动亚洲和世界发展不断迈上新台阶。
第一，勇于变革创新，为促进共同发展提供不竭动力。长期以来，各国各地区在保持稳定、促进发展方面形成了很多好经验好做法。对这些好经验好做法，要继续发扬光大。同时，世间万物，变动不居。“明者因时而变，知者随事而制。”要摒弃不合时宜的旧观念，冲破制约发展的旧框框，让各种发展活力充分迸发出来。要加大转变经济发展方式、调整经济结构力度，更加注重发展质量，更加注重改善民生。要稳定推进国际经济金融体系改革，完善全球治理机制，为世界经济健康稳定增长提供保障。亚洲历来具有自我变革活力，要勇做时代的弄潮儿，使亚洲变革和世界发展相互促进、相得益彰。
第二，同心维护和平，为促进共同发展提供安全保障。和平是人民的永恒期望。和平犹如空气和阳光，受益而不觉，失之则难存。没有和平，发展就无从谈起。国家无论大小、强弱、贫富，都应该做和平的维护者和促进者，不能这边搭台、那边拆台，而应该相互补台、好戏连台。国际社会应该倡导综合安全、共同安全、合作安全的理念，使我们的地球村成为共谋发展的大舞台，而不是相互角力的竞技场，更不能为一己之私把一个地区乃至世界搞乱。各国交往频繁，磕磕碰碰在所难免，关键是要坚持通过对话协商与和平谈判，妥善解决矛盾分歧，维护相互关系发展大局。
第三，着力推进合作，为促进共同发展提供有效途径。“一花独放不是春，百花齐放春满园。”世界各国联系紧密、利益交融，要互通有无、优势互补，在追求本国利益时兼顾他国合理关切，在谋求自身发展中促进各国共同发展，不断扩大共同利益汇合点。要加强南南合作和南北对话，推动发展中国家和发达国家平衡发展，夯实世界经济长期稳定发展基础。要积极创造更多合作机遇，提高合作水平，让发展成果更好惠及各国人民，为促进世界经济增长多作贡献。
第四，坚持开放包容，为促进共同发展提供广阔空间。“海纳百川，有容乃大。”我们应该尊重各国自主选择社会制度和发展道路的权利，消除疑虑和隔阂，把世界多样性和各国差异性转化为发展活力和动力。我们要秉持开放精神，积极借鉴其他地区发展经验，共享发展资源，推进区域合作。进入新世纪10多年来，亚洲地区内贸易额从8000亿美元增长到3万亿美元，亚洲同世界其他地区贸易额从1.5万亿美元增长到4.8万亿美元，这表明亚洲合作是开放的，区域内合作和同其他地区合作并行不悖，大家都从合作中得到了好处。亚洲应该欢迎域外国家为本地区稳定和发展发挥建设性作用，同时，域外国家也应该尊重亚洲的多样性特点和已经形成的合作传统，形成亚洲发展同其他地区发展良性互动、齐头并进的良好态势。
女士们、先生们、朋友们!中国是亚洲和世界大家庭的重要成员。中国发展离不开亚洲和世界，亚洲和世界繁荣稳定也需要中国。
去年11月，中国共产党召开了第十八次全国代表大会，明确了中国今后一个时期的发展蓝图。我们的奋斗目标是，到20xx年国内生产总值和城乡居民人均收入在20xx年的基础上翻一番，全面建成小康社会;到本世纪中叶建成富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家，实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。展望未来，我们充满信心。

this, the centipede begins to drill itself into the hole. Because the hole is too small, it cannot get in, and the earthworm breaks another leg.
There is nothing the centipede can do about it, but it doesn't want to leave. So the centipede has but to wait outside the hole. We observe today not a victory of party，but a celebration of freedom -- symbolizing an end，as well as a beginning -- signifying renewal，as well as change. For I have sworn before you and Almighty God the same solemn oath our forebears prescribed nearly a century and three-quarters ago.
The world is very different now. For man holds in his mortal hands the power to abolish all forms of human poverty and all forms of human life. And yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe -- the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state，but from the hand of God.
We dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution. Let the word go forth from this time and place，to friend and foe alike，that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans -- born in this century，tempered by war，disciplined by a hard and bitter peace，proud of our ancient heritage，and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to which this nation has always been committed，and to which we are committed today at home and around the world.
Let every nation know，whether it wishes us well or ill，that we shall pay any price，bear any burden，meet any hardship，support any friend，oppose any foe，to assure the survival and the success of liberty. This much we pledge -- and more.
To those old allies whose cultural and spiritual origins we share，we pledge the loyalty of faithful friends. United there is little we cannot do in a host of cooperative ventures. To those people in the huts and villages of half the globe struggling to break the bonds of mass misery，we pledge our best efforts to help them help themselves，for whatever period is required -- not because the Communists may be doing it，not because we seek their votes，but because it is right. If a free society cannot help the many who are poor，it cannot save the few who are rich.
To our sister republics south of our border，we offer a special pledge: to convert our good words into good deeds，in a new alliance for progress，to assist free men and free governments in casting off the chains of poverty. But this peaceful revolution of hope cannot become the prey of hostile powers. Let all our neighbors know that we shall join with them to oppose aggression or subversion anywhere in the Americas. And let every other power know that this hemisphere intends to remain the master of its own house.
To that world assembly of sovereign states，the United Nations，our last best hope in an age where the instruments of war have far outpaced the instruments of peace，we renew our pledge of support -- to prevent it from becoming merely a forum for invective，to strengthen its shield of the new and the weak，and to enlarge the area in which its writ may run. Finally，to those nations who would make themselves our adversary，we offer not a pledge but a request: that both sides begin anew the quest for peace，before the dark powers of destruction unleashed by science engulf all humanity in planned or accidental self-destruction.
We dare not tempt them with weakness. For only when our arms are sufficient beyond doubt can we be certain beyond doubt that they will never be employed. But neither can two great and powerful groups of nations take comfort from our present course -- both sides overburdened by the cost of modern weapons，both rightly alarmed by the steady spread of the deadly atom，yet both racing to alter that uncertain balance of terror that stays the hand of mankind's final war.
So let us begin anew -- remembering on both sides that civility is not a sign of weakness，and sincerity is always subject to proof. Let us never negotiate out of fear，but let us never fear to negotiate.
Let both sides explore what problems unite us instead of belaboring those problems which divide us. Let both sides，for the first time，formulate serious and precise proposals for the inspection and control of arms，and bring the absolute power to destroy other nations under the absolute control of all nations.
Let both sides seek to invoke the wonders of science instead of its terrors. Together let us explore the stars，conquer the deserts，eradicate disease，tap the ocean depths，and encourage the arts and commerce.
Let both sides unite to heed，in all corners of the earth，the command of Isaiah -- to "undo the heavy burdens，and [to] let the oppressed go free." And，if a beachhead of cooperation may push back the jungle of suspicion，let both sides join in creating a new endeavor -- not a new balance of power，but a new world of law -- where the strong are just，and the weak secure，and the peace preserved. All this will not be finished in the first one hundred days. Nor will it be finished in the first one thousand days; nor in the life of this Administration; nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet. But let us begin.
In your hands，my fellow citizens，more than mine，will rest the final success or failure of our course. Since this country was founded，each generation of Americans has been summoned to give testimony to its national loyalty. The graves of young Americans who answered the call to service surround the globe. 我们如何做一名语文教师。
有一位动物行为专家，出于良好的愿望，为了培养猩猩的创造力，在一个空房间里，为一只黑猩猩设置了一串挂在半空的香蕉和几个散乱的可以叠起来的木箱，然后他关上门，从门上的小孔中向里窥视。然而，他看到的却是另一只乌溜溜的眼睛——那只猩猩也正在向他窥视！
我并无意于把我们可爱的孩子比作猩猩，有的时候，我们自己却像这位专家一样做着失败的实验，惊然发现工作的进程没有按照我们预设的轨道前进，在某种意义上，使我们从事的职业陷入了荒诞。六十年代中期，美国发起了一场“非学校化”的运动，他们的口号是：“取消学校！”。因为学校制度貌似平等，实则极不平等。学校俨然以知识的垄断者自居，把极小一部分规定的知识转变成一种商品，将学生规定为这些知识的硬性消费者，使用文凭这一手段进行强行的贩卖。该思潮代表人物伊里奇在此提出了一个著名的概念：隐蔽课程——只有学校教育才能为每个人的成长作准备，凡是学校里不传授的东西，便是无价值的。而这又必然导致更为极端的观念：只有通过考试才能为每个人的成长作准备，凡是不考试的东西，便是无价值的。爱因斯坦说：“做同样的工作，它的出发点，可以是恐怖和强制，可以是追求威信和荣誉的好胜心，也可以是……每个健康儿童都具有的天赋的好奇心，只不过这种好奇心往往很早就衰退了……”我们的儿童早已没有好奇心了，如果有的话，也只是对教育者古怪的行为感到好奇，正如那只向外张望的猩猩一样。

我以为，语文教育在此时代应有两个目标：也就是传统文化的承继和纯正的审美趣味。

The Greek army is small and poorly equipped.

Greece must have assistance if it is to become a self-supporting and self-respecting democracy.
The United States must supply this assistance.
We have already extended to Greece certain types of relief and economic aid.
But these are inadequate.
There is no other country to which democratic Greece can turn.
No other nation is willing and able to provide the necessary support for a democratic Greek government.
The British Government, which has been helping Greece, can give no further financial or economic aid after March 31st.
Great Britain finds itself under the necessity of reducing or liquidating its commitments in several parts of the world, including Greece.
We have considered how the United Nations might assist in this crisis.
But the situation is an urgent one, requiring immediate action, and the United Nations and its related organizations are not in a position to extend help of the kind that is required.
It is important to note that the Greek Government has asked for our aid in utilizing effectively the financial and other assistance we may give to Greece, and in improving its public administration.
It is of the utmost importance that we supervise the use of any funds made available to Greece in such a manner that each dollar spent will count toward making Greece self-supporting, and will help to build an economy in which a healthy democracy can flourish.
No government is perfect.
One of the chief virtues of a democracy, however, is that its defects are always visible and under democratic processes can be pointed out and corrected.
The Government of Greece is not perfect.
Nevertheless it represents eighty-five per cent of the members of the Greek Parliament who were chosen in an election last year.

有一个故事，说的是一头驴，背着两捆草，饿了，到底放下哪一捆来吃呢?一直犹豫不决，结果饿死了。这个故事有些夸张，但人生很多路口，大家都会在路口上徘徊。做选择是很难很痛苦的，这边有诱惑，那边也有诱惑。到底选择哪个?我的同学都出国了，我是不是也应该去新东方学习准备考托福?我的发小考公务员了，我是不是也要买书复习了?电视上说有个人小学没毕业做电商就发财了，我是不是也要到淘宝上开个店铺?
你今天听到东边热闹往东跑，明天听到西边热闹，就掉头往西边跑。很多年下来，你就会变成一个没头苍蝇，东一榔头西一棒槌，疲于奔命，没有积累。我认为，如果你觉得自己还年轻，那一定要花点时间想一想，不说长了，就是未来的十到十五年时间，你到底要想成为怎样的人?未来十到十五年，你到底最想获得什么?这是最重要的。这个东西，你可以说是梦想，也可以说是价值观。
为什么?因为你一旦想清楚了，以后你无论做什么判断，做什么选择，那就简单多了。有助于实现我梦想的，我就干。没帮助，我就放弃。把梦想锚定，短期内不管你遇到什么诱惑，遭遇什么困难，都不会左右你判断和选择。

一旦有了这个想法，所有的选择都变得非常简单。比如我上高中的时候在全国物理竞赛上获过奖，很多大学都愿意录取我，各种专业五花八门。其中一所比较著名的大学，想录取我上食品工程专业。我父母听说以后十分高兴，他们经历过吃不饱饭的年代，觉得上了这个专业，以后就不愁吃饭了。但我坚决不同意，因为我对食品不感兴趣，我就是想编软件。当时西安交大也来录取我，我当时也不知道西安交大是干什么的，以为是修铁路的大学。但西安交大让我上计算机系，那我就去了，因为符合我的目标。相反，我很多同学根据当时热门不热门来选专业，很多人选了国际贸易。这种选择看起来很聪明，但现在看来，这未必是他们真正想要的，也未必是自己能够施展才华的地方。
你如果说，我的目标很简单，就是年薪50万。对这样的.目标，我的建议是，目标不能太物质化。太短期、太物质化的目标不能内化成你的梦想。像年薪50万、100万这样的目标，你可能很快就实现了，然后就失去了梦想，没了目标，跟有些拿到巨额拆迁款的人一样，沉溺于赌博，把自己的未来都毁了;或者有的物质化目标很难实现，比如你想成为中国首富，可能你很快就放弃了。我认为，只有这种非利益化的梦想和目标，才能长期激励一个人不断地去追求。
我大学毕业时，也面临着选择。到底是去南方的某家银行工作，拿一月3000元的高薪，还是去北京的一家大型电脑公司，拿一月800元的工资?我没什么犹豫就选择了后者，因为只有到电脑公司，才能学习怎么做软件，才有机会实现我的梦想。
后来我离开这家电脑公司到互联网里去创业，有很多人说：“你太有勇气了，放弃了高薪和职位。”但是我觉得这不需要什么勇气。它已经不适合我了，没法帮助我实现自己的梦想。这些别人认为很珍贵的东西，对我来说是Nothing。所以，你的梦想和目标不跟物质挂钩，物质就不会成为你选择时的掣肘。
对于高中生来说，诱惑可能是某个看起来前景良好的专业。对于大学生来说，诱惑可能是一份待遇丰厚、人人艳羡的工作。但是随着你越走越远，物质的诱惑越来越大，你就更需要梦想这个坚定的罗盘来指引。
当年我要离开雅虎，因为在里面不能创新，很多好想法实现不了，这种氛围让我窒息，让我忍无可忍。雅虎说，要提前辞职，会扣我3000万美金。即使放到现在，这也是一笔不小的数目。很多人替我惋惜，说你再混个一年半载的。我不想混，也最痛恨混。对我来说，自由是最重要的，干自己想干的事儿是最重要的。于是，我再一次的创业。于是，有了360。
可以说，到今天我的梦想从来都没有变过，只是我所在的行业从计算机发展到了互联网，发展到了手机领域。我的目标很简单，一直都是要做出别人从来没有想过的产品，我的产品能够改变千千万万人的生活和工作方式。这个梦想，可以说我已经实现了，也可以说我还没有实现，因为我觉得还有更多好想法可以去做。
