Although I was a pupil， but I know there are plenty of knowledge about food safety！For example can't buy things from a market stall，in the absence of hygiene license at a restaurant， can not eat expired， deterioration， "3 without" food， not eating undercooked，and so on. I also know when to buy small food，pay attention to view the following several aspects：one is to choose good reputation，stable quality of famous brand；2 it is to pay attention to check the product producer name and address on the package，food production date and shelf life， refused to buy "3 without" product；Three is to check food and qualified， the nutrients contained，color fresh degree；Four is to pay attention to the quality and price，small food of ultra—low prices don't buy；Fifth，pay attention to check the food of trademark signs，and so on.
You see，we must choose good food，eat food or it may bring us life risk.
“民以食为天”，这说明食品对于我们来说是多么的重要！不过，你在饮食过程中有没有注意饮食卫生呢？如果你不注意，卫生就可能因为一点儿小小的疏忽而丢失宝贵的生命。
虽然我还是一个小学生，可我懂得的关于食品安全的知识可不少呢！比如说不能在小摊上买东西、不能在没有卫生许可证的'餐厅吃饭、不能吃过期、变质、“三无”食品、不能吃未煮熟的东西等等。我还知道在购买小食品时，注重查看以下几个方面情况：一是要选择信誉好、质量稳定的知名品牌；二是要注意查看产品包装上的厂名、厂址、食品生产日期和保质期，拒绝购买“三无”产品；三是检查食品和合格、所含的营养成分、色泽新鲜程度；四是注意质价相符，对超低价格的小食品不要购买；五是注重检查该食品的食品商标标志等等。
大家看吧，我们吃食物时一定要选择好的食物，否则就有可能给我们带来生命危险。
