一、自我剖析
“知己知彼，百战不殆”，进行职业规划首先要“知己”，即全面、深入、客观的分析和了解自己。可以用两句话来概括我自己：出生于黄河边一个普通的农民家庭。艰苦的成长环境塑造了我勇于挑战、坚忍不拔的坚强意志，纯朴善良的父母教会了我诚实守信、与人为善的处世原则，十年高等教育的经历给予了我广博深厚的知识积淀。
（一）爱好及个性
广泛的个人兴趣和业余爱好，如爬山、打球、唱歌、交友等，使我认识和结交了众多的朋友，接触并融入了不同的“圈子”，从而培养了我活泼开朗、友善待人的个性特点和性格取向。漫长而丰富的学习历程和实习经历造就了我吃苦耐劳、锲而不舍、永不退缩的坚强意志，养成了我仔细认真、踏实、追求完满的做事风格。
（二）研究能力
学习努力，治学严谨，作风踏实，科研能力较强，先后在《内参》、《学习时报》、《上海经济研究》等期刊发表学术论文20余篇，参与编写《中国粮食发展报告》、《西方社会科学概览》等丛书5本，执笔《扩大内需与经济结构调整互动关系研究》、《21世纪初期中国粮食安全发展战略与对策研究》等国家级课题7项，具备较强的研究能力和培养潜力。在注重经济学理论学习和研究的同时，广泛涉猎多个学科领域，遴选大量经典著作进行阅读，具有较宽的知识面和较高的理论素养。
（三）践行能力
积极参加社会实践，先后从事大学教学、编辑、翻译、软件测试和课题研究等工作，逐步形成了自己在工作中独特的分析判断能力、项目执行中娴熟的驾驭能力和组织管理能力，能够独自开展工作。
（四）外语及计算机能力
通过国家英语六级考试和北京市硕士研究生英语水平等级考试，具有较强的听、说、读、写、译能力，能够直接用外文文献开展学术研究。同时，擅长计算

以上四点分析的都是我的优点和长处。我的缺点和不足主要在于工作经历、社会阅历较少，缺乏实践经验，对工作、社会理解还不够深刻，这正是我今后要在某某单位加以学习、补充和完善的地方。
二、环境分析
在“知己”的基础上还要“知彼”，即全面、客观、正确地分析和了解自己将要从事的工组岗位、单位情况以及行业环境，这样才能做出符合实际的职业规划。结合应聘的工作岗位，我认为，要对民航行业的发展趋势和某某单位的基本情况进行全面而细致的分析。
（一）民航行业分析
今后一个时期，中国经济仍将保持高速增长的态势，经济的快速发展必将拉动民航业的快速发展。同时，随着民航体制改革的推进，原被压抑的体制和机制上的活力得到释放，也将会推动民航业的快速发展。因此，可以预言，未来30年是我国民航行业持续快速发展的一个“黄金期”，必将给予从事民航事业的人以巨大历史机遇与发展空间。

某某单位是民航总局直属事业单位，以“立足科技创新，面向民航发展”为宗旨，以科研和技术支持为已任，以“提供优质高效的服务，满足用户需要”为准则，与时俱进，开拓进取，为提高民用航空安全与经济管理水平开展科学研究和开发创新，为民航总局履行行业管理职责提供技术支持，以及为民航业发展提供综合服务。因此，某某单位在今后民航业快速发展的背景下，也将会得到巨大的发展。
三、目标设定

因此，综合考虑自己的所学专业、兴趣爱好、个人特长以及某某单位的性质、宗旨和工作要求，围绕可能的职业发展道路，本人对未来30年左右在某某单位的工作做出如下规划与安排。
（一）总体目标

一是充分利用某某单位优越的工作环境和研究条件，认真学习与民航业相关的法律法规、方针政策以及民航业的发展现状，能够在一年的时间内，通过对资料、书籍的阅读和向领导与同事请教，积累起民航业研究所必需的知识和研究方法。
二是培养分析判断能力、组织管理能力等实际工作能力，全面提高自己的综合素质和业务水平。
三是深入到基层、实际和“一线”进行调查研究，对民航业的整体现状、存在的突出问题有一个感性的认识和把握，能够使用理论对实际问题进行分析。

一是安下心来，认认真真的学习、工作、调查、探讨和研究，通过多种形式的相互补充与促进，真正把整个民航业的发展现状、未来趋势、突出问题以及对策措施等方面的知识吃透、弄懂。
二是吸取工作中的经验教训，做好除科学研究以外的其他工作，不断培养自己的组织能力、管理能力、表达能力、抗压能力、社交能力等实际工作所需要的各方面素质与技能，全面提高自己的职业素养与综合能力。
三是不断提高自身修养，总结自己的优点和长处，反省自己的缺点与不足，使自己成为一个诚实、善良、正直、谦逊、务实的好人。
Phase Ⅲ：稳步发展期
时间：2021～2037年
目标：使自己成为单位的骨干分子，在业界有一定的知名度和影响力。 一是要继续做好自己的科学研究工作和本职工作，不放松对自己的研究和工作的标准与要求，对一些涉及民航行业发展的重点和难点问题能够提出切实可行的政策建议与对策措施。
二是在工作中要不断吸取经验教训，提高自己的组织管理能力与综合素质，以最佳状态投入到工作中去，使自己成为单位的骨干分子。
三是与亲人、同事、领导和谐相处，实现自己与家庭、单位和社会圈子的完美和谐，为自己创造良好、友善、和谐的工作环境和社会氛围，促进自己各项工作及事业的顺利开展。
四、实施方案
（一）加强专业理论学习

（三）积极参加社会实践

（五）加强体育锻炼，保持一个健康的体魄
俗话讲“身体是革命的本钱”，一个健康的身体是事业成功的前提和基础。在今后30年的工作历程和职业生涯中，要坚持体育锻炼，练就一个健康的体魄，为事业成功提供体力保障。具体说来就是要养成良好的锻炼、饮食、生活习惯，每天保证睡眠6～8小时，每周锻炼三次以上。
五、反馈与修正
