我们认为，解决校园欺凌，需要多管齐下，首先通过专项治理收集各种常见问题，尽快推进完善立法与严格执法。同时，家庭教育缺失的应该尽快弥补，比如进城务工家庭身后的留守孩子。存在暴力教育的家庭教育则需要更新理念，从小应该对孩子进行一定的公民教育，友爱、平等与尊重教育应该得到重视。另外，校园也应该在尊重教育方面发力，首先做到老师尊重每一个孩子，以身作则，同时不仅是关心他们的学习，也包括情感与内心世界。校园欺凌只是一个现象，它的成因有很多，从这些原因入手解决问题效果会事半功倍。
