1.商务建议
入住时须check in，而办理结账退宿叫做check out。住宿费用的计算是从早上到翌日中午十二点为一天，时下有的酒店已开展延时服务，允许客人延迟～两个小时退宿。通常酒店都会安排服务生为客人搬送行李。如有要求，可以说could you send a bellboy to room～?(能不能派一位服务生到～号房来)。最后，别忘了给服务生小费(tip)以表示谢意。
