纺织印染废水的湿式空气氧化处理
摘要: 研究了用湿式空气氧化法处理纺织印染废水的过程,并建立了相应的动力学模型.在300℃下,用湿式空气氧化法处理120 min可使纺织印染废水的COD去除率达到56%,同时,可使废水的可生化降解性由0.04提高到0.40,有利于对这种废水进行进一步的处理.印染废水的污染物由多种组分构成,在一定的反应温度下有些污染物能被氧化,有些污染物则不能被氧化.根据这一特点建立了纺织印染废水湿式氧化过程的动力学模型,模型拟合结果与实验数据吻合良好. Abstract: The wet air oxidation of printing and dying wastewater and its reaction kinetics were investigated in the present work. A COD removal of 56% was obtained after the wastewater was treated with wet air oxidation at 300 ℃ for 120 min. Furthermore, the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved from 0. 04 to 0. 40. The printing and dying wastewater contain many kinds of pollutants, such as dyestuff and dying auxiliary; some of the pollutants are easy to be oxidized, while the others are difficult to be oxidized.
