新农村建设中的环境问题及其对策
摘要： 分析了我国农村地区环境现状,发现导致农村环境污染难以解决的主要原因是环境保护意识淡漠,农业生产粗放,环境管理思想和治理模式与农村现实相脱离,环境保护科研力量薄弱.为有效解决农村环境问题,应加强宣传,增强农村环境保护意识;大力发展生态农业;加强农村饮水安全及生活用水处理;进行农村生活垃圾分类收集和资源化利用;健全基层环保机构,加大环保执法力度,有效控制乡镇企业污染;加大资金投入,抓好基础设施建设;积极推进城镇化和工业园区建设;加强农村环境保护科研工作,加快新技术的推广应用.
