They spent about 6.5 hours in their classroom a day. At home, it takes them 5 hours to finish their homework. So they only get less than 7 hours’ sleep. Their free time is only three hours. As a result, their health is badly damaged. Tough schools are urged to reduce students’ burdens, and some schools actually are making efforts, students are still under heavy pressure from extra-curricular classes。

Teachers could take effective approaches to improve students’ learning efficiency and effects in class, rather than assigning too much homework. And parents should also return their children more freedom from the extracurricular classes.
