L.E.K Telephone Interview

L.E.K Telephone Interview

A consultant called in and asked 3 questions:
1) Introduce yourself briefly;
2) Tell me more about one of your consulting project experience;
3) Talk something besides your resume;

The interview was quite short, with only 10 minutes for 3 questions. I think there are not enough HRs for L.E.K to process all applicants so that they bring in full-time consultant to facilitate interviews.
