　　B: I went shopping, I went sight-seeing, and I did some short trips to the nearby islands.

　　1. Notice the past forms of the verbs when you talk about the past, e.g. I visited Hong Kong in 2003 / I visited Hong Kong in 2003; I went shopping / I went shopping.

　　2. Remember also the use of did / did when asking questions about the past, e.g.: Did you like it? / Did you like it? ; What did you do there? / What did you do there?
