They like the stable pace of their work instead of changing their life style frequently. They think it?s not easy to find a new job, not to mention to keep it. They think it?s a kind of loyalty to their working units. They don't want to accept

the would?be fact that they will have to spend much time retraining once they change their jobs.?

On the contrary, some people like to change their jobs frequently, because

they think when one job is not to their liking, the best way is to try to find another one, which will interest them.?
